We offer free pregnancy tests and the support of a trained client advocate in a confidential, caring and compassionate space. We use urine-based tests which are over 99% accurate after the first missed period.

Abortion, adoption or parenting? Meeting with a client advocate at the centre can help you sort through all the information, and your thoughts and feelings about your options - so you can make a decision you are comfortable with.

Whether a pregnancy is anticipated or not, it can be both an exciting and challenging time. Knowledge and preparation gained through education can reduce any anxiety and stress you may experience throughout pregnancy and during labor and delivery.

We have over 300 lessons to choose from over a variety of topics, such as pregnancy, infants, toddlers, parenting, healthy relationships and life skills, in addition to various material supports.

We offer a safe, nonjudgmental and confidential environment to express and sort through emotions associated with abortion loss. Although many women feel some relief after an abortion, others have negative emotions afterwards.

Have you experienced preborn or early infant loss? Miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy, abortion, stillbirth and loss within the first year of life can be devastating. We are a safe place for you to process your grief and find hope and healing.
